Birmingham Community Charter High School is utilizing an electronic document distribution and

bid submittal process for this Project through vendor CRISP PLANROOM Bidders are required to utilize the Project’s online document and

bidding system to view project documents and submit a bid package electronically. Hard copy

documents will not be provided, and hard copy bids will not be accepted. If hard copy documents

are needed, they can be requested from CRISP Imaging at no cost to the OWNER.

Bidders will need to obtain a user ID and password to access the document and online bidding

system at Registration is quick and easy and is

required for bidding on this project.

A bidder will need to access the Supplier Portal and submit the bid package for the transaction

number identified below by the Bid Due Date. A job aid on navigating the portal and uploading the

file is attached to Section 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders. Bidders are encouraged to familiarize

themselves with the platform well before the Bid Due Date. If unsuccessful in uploading the file, a

bidder should e-mail the Owner’s Authorized Representative (OAR), Alex Janecek (

at least two (2) days prior to the Bid Due Date for assistance.

The vendor is solely responsible for ensuring timely submission of their electronic solicitation

response. A vendor should allow itself adequate time for bid submittal and possible technical

support as bids will not be accepted after the deadline.

The vendor must complete its bid entry and upload all required documents before the end of the bid

submission period. Owner is not responsible for contractor system problems/errors.
