NOTICE INVITING BIDS
The Huntington Beach City School District (“District”) of Orange County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, invites licensed consultants to submit bids for the project described as District Central Kitchen (“Project”).

A MANDATORY job walk will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at 8750 Dorsett Drive, Huntington Beach, CA 92646.

Bids are due by Friday, October 29, 2021 at 2:00 PM at 8750 Dorsett Drive, Huntington Beach CA 92646. Project: The Project consists of remodeling and transforming an approximate 2,770 square foot portion of the Kettler Educational Center to a District Central Kitchen. Exterior work includes minor accessibility upgrades, installation of an in-ground interceptor, an air compressor and a rooftop condensing unit serving the refrigeration units. The interior work includes the construction of a staff restroom, office and a main kitchen area, and the installation of a walk-in refrigerator and freezer, multiple sink units, kitchen equipment, interior partitions, hard lid and acoustical ceilings and fire sprinkler line extension to the central kitchen area. The beneficiaries of the Project will be the students, teachers and staff of the District’s schools, the Kettler Educational Center and the Huntington Beach community.
